Does Castelli Marble offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our premium stone products globally. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination. Please note that customers are responsible for any import duties or local taxes incurred upon delivery.
How should I maintain and clean my natural stone surfaces?
We recommend using a pH-neutral cleaner specifically formulated for natural stone. Avoid acidic cleaners like vinegar or lemon juice, as these can etch the surface of marble and limestone. Regular sealing is also recommended to prevent staining.
What is your return policy for tile and stone products?
Unused, stock items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase, subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please note that custom-cut slabs, fabricated countertops, and special orders are final sale and cannot be returned.
Can I view the stone slabs in person before purchasing?
Absolutely. We encourage customers to visit our showroom to view full slabs and select the specific pieces for their project, as natural stone features unique veining and color variations that may differ from small samples.
