At Castelli Marble Inc, we take pride in the quality of our natural stone and tile products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and details of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare Your Shipment

  Ensure all tiles or stone slabs are securely packed in their original crates or packaging to prevent breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided RMA label to your shipment and send the items back to our warehouse via a trackable shipping method.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our specialists inspect the returned goods for damage, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
